I always hate when people say "drink a lot of water." Or even worse, "drink a lot of water over the next 24 hours." It's like the modern equivalent of "have a nice day." My answer is "No...too much pressure." "Drink a lot of water," said the ambulance attendant to the bereaved widower....said the toddler to the unemployed mom.

My heart has a whole, my heart is a hole...there is no one to worry about me. No one to take me in their arms and bed as I am protected from the world. Someone to project me on to them so I can see myself projected back, so I know I exist!

Drink a lot of water...I don't want to be one of those people thinking just because they are roller blading and drinking water that they are not fat...
